THOMAS B. PUSCHAK, DMD
Dr. Thomas Puschak is a 1988 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He has been practicing family dentistry in Lexington, MA since 1988. He prides himself on total family dentistry. Dr. Puschak has been very involved in the local chapter of the American Dental Association since 1996; in addition to serving on numerous councils, committees and was even chair of the Middlesex District Dental Society. He has served on the local peer review board and continues to hone his skills participating in frequent continuing education classes and study clubs.

Carol – Office Manager
Carol began working for Family Dentistry in 1989 with Dr. Puschak as his dental assistant and office manager. She has taken a major part in the growth of the practice and has continued to provide the best care to all of her patients.

Anna – Dental Hygienist
Anna is a graduate of the Forsyth Institute and has been a dental hygienist for 10 years and performs periodontal scaling treatments. She is bilingual and speaks Russian. Anna spends time raising her kids and enjoys ballroom dancing.

Molly – Dental Hygienist
Molly is a graduate of the Forsyth Institute. In addition to dental cleanings, she performs periodontal scaling treatments.
